Sapodilla Cottage is a charming one bedroom studio with views of Falmouth Harbour. The property is secure, quiet, and peaceful, with stone pathways that meander through the mature tropical gardens of Spring Hill. The covered verandah has a sitting area which overlooks the gardens, lily pond, and harbour beyond. There is a path to the swimming pool, which is shared with the owners yet very privately situated. The cottage brings the outdoors in with large windows that open wide to the garden. There is a four poster queen sized bed with mosquito netting, and a kitchenette complete with small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. The bathroom has a charming outdoor stone shower.

Sapodilla Cottage is one mile off the Falmouth main road. There is internet available.  It is a 2 minute walk to Spring Hill Riding Stables, with top quality instruction in riding, jumping and dressage. There are a wide variety of trails great for hiking to the small, rocky beaches along the coast.

It is only a few minutes drive to the amenities of Falmouth and English Harbours, including markets, restaurants, nightlife, shopping and sightseeing. There are three full service marinas in the area, as well as Pigeon Beach, a lovely sand beach perfect for swimming, just a few minutes drive from the Cottage.
