Tall girls, look out. Lauvin Teesych Phillip is 19 years old and 5ft 2in, in height, but she towers over the tallest models with her confidence. She's been in the biz for almost three years and praises Tyra Banks as her greatest influence. As well, all those models 5ft 9in and up, are her motivators.

Lauvin watches them on the runway and opines that "it's sad that our Caribbean youth have so much talent and can't go any further with it (modeling) other than some of our little fashion shows or posting our pics on facebook..."
