After a beautiful hike through the rough dense forest of Christian Valley, this week we are heading to our last hill before we head off to Dominica. We will be assembling at our regular spot the Bendals Clinic and hike on over to Mount McNish. Please wear proper hiker gear and extra liquids is a plus. Also bring a long a flashlight as we will be starting in the dark.

So come on out and lets conquer this hill again before we head off to Dominica.

Also, for people travelling to Dominica, there will be a short meeting regarding the trip and also anyone with outstanding monies, this week is the deadline.
