Be sure to check out all the action during this year's Classic Yacht Regatta, being held in English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour from April 14 to 19, 2011. It is a week of the appreciation for Classic Yachts. Each year the Antigua Yacht Club hosts the event and this year it is the 21st. Sailors, yachtsmen and fans arrive from around the world for the love of these wondrous pieces of history.

6 pm - Bar and Food Service Opens

• 8 pm - Live musical performance by itchyfeet and friends
   

Thursday 14th April


• 2 pm - Single Handed Race start, view from Shirley Heights, Fort Berkley or Fort Charlotte

• 6 pm - Concourse d’Elegance Trophy Presentation on AYC Lawn
   

Friday 15th April


• 10 am - Race 1, view from Shirley Heights, Fort Charlotte or Fort Berkley

• 5:30 to 7:30 pm - Single Handed Prize Giving, AYC Lawn
   

Saturday 16th April


• 10 am - Race 2, view from Shirley Heights, Fort Charlotte or Fort Berkley

• 8 pm Musical Night at Antigua Yacht Club – Band will play along with you while you
demonstrate your musical talent – singing, dancing, playing an instrument, juggling . . .
   

Sunday 17th April

• 1 pm - Parade of Classics in English Harbour

• 6 to 9 pm - Portland Yacht Services Sail Maine Event AYC Lawn –

• 2 pm - Gig Racing – sailing and rowing gigs (small boats) compete over a short
Course outside the Admiral’s Inn, Nelson’s Dockyard, children welcome
• 3 to 5 pm - Cream Teas at The Admiral’s Inn, Nelson’s Dockyard

  Delicious cakes, sandwiches, cream scones, tea and cold drinks for sale
whilst watching the Gig Racing
• 7 pm - Slideshow in Nelson’s Dockyard, bar and dinner service open,
 Outside the Copper & Lumber Store Hotel
• 9 pm - Trophy Presentation in Nelson’s Dockyard
