The menu presented by the Chef is based on revisited classic dishes for which Premier Cru has matched some 'Contemporary Classic' wines. Contemporary Classic present - particularly well - a generation of wines. Wines made by producers who - besides being deeply rooted to their regions and heritage - do not hesitate to use modern tools and technology to produce fine hand-crafted wines; some wines of great distinction and identity offering immediate pleasure.
