Loblolly Hill is a deluxe four bedroom, four bathroom villa, located on the hillside in the historic National Park of English Harbour. Set in mature tropical gardens, the villa is an oasis, and enjoys privacy while still in walking distance to Falmouth Marina, where there are restaurants, bars, shops, banking, and a small supermarket. Lovely Pigeon Beach is also within walking distance, and is great for swimming and snorkeling.

At the heart of the house is an elegant and spacious sitting room. The fully-equipped kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining area are adjacent to the sitting room and have lovely views of the garden and pool. The covered dining area and family room are furnished comfortably and in a tropical style putting emphasis on outdoor living. These rooms overlook the 33’ x 14’ swimming pool from the verandah, which wraps around thevilla on three sides. There are two king size bedrooms upstairs, both en-suite with ceiling fans.

There are two sets of stairs leading down to the lower level, through the living area or by the pool. The two ground floor bedrooms are each en suite, and can be fitted as king beds, or two singles. There is also a small kitchenette for convenience.

Loblolly Hill can be rented in conjunction with Loblolly Cottage making seven bedrooms available on the property.
