We have photos of new year's eve, taken at Sand Piper Hotel. The man with the camera Kharma 13, sent in his collection of photos for the evening's celebrations at a very happening third annual Nocturnal New Year's Eve Party, ringing in 2012. Not only was this party off the hook, but everyone dressed to impress. Were you there? Look to see if Kharma captured you. No? Drag... at least you can see how stylin' those who attended were dressed.
