We had the pleasure of the company of newlyweds Lindsay and Michael from Madison, Wisconson. They joined us on our weekly hike, this time to the southeast corner of the island. We started at the rustic and picturesque Galleon Beach, visited impressive Carpenter's Rock, meandered our way along the rugged windswept coastline and climbed the craggy rocks, while trying - sometimes unsuccessfully - to avoid the abundant cacti, on the way to our final destination, Shirley Heights. There were a few pleasant suprises along the way including our birds eye view of the Antigua Classic Yacht races off in the distance. Oh yes and the dead goats.
