Dine With the Chateau Minuty's at Catherine's Cafe

The menu for the evening at Catherine's Cafe this Saturday.

If you've never been to Catherine's Cafe, it is a delightful cozy cafe with a gorgeous view of Nelson's Dockyard and the harbour.  Follow the road to Shirley Heights, look for the sign, and make a right turn down the hill.  Bon appetit!

Mr. Francois Matton and Jean Etienne Matton, owners of Chateau Minuty will be on island for a short visit on Saturday February 27th. The Premier Cru team is taking this opportunity to organise a wine diner event around the great wines of the Chateau. Presented will be the popular Prestige rose but also some lesser known wines from the Chateau including a selection of white wines as well as the cuvee Prestige red.

 

Dinner includes tomato gazpacho and clams gratinee, lobster salad and miso mayonnaise, red snapper ceviche, rack of lamb with rosemary, and for dessert, either tarte tatin, dark chocolate mousse and caramel, or crème brulee.  If any of the above suits your culinary fancy, reserve your table now by calling Christian 725-6387, Miguel 720-6537 or Catherine's Cafe 460-5050.

The cost of the evening, which starts at 7 p.m.,  is $100US including ABST + 10% service charge with seating limited to 40.
