This December 9th is an important date on the community calendar at Antiguan's celebration National Heroes Day. This year two notable activities will be taking place.

Antigua's Independence Fashion Challenge winner, designer Rashid Walker will be presenting his Amel Collection. It happens this Friday December 9th at 5pm, at the House of Culture. Support Antigua's arts, culture and fashion industry with your attendance to this important event. This is the last fashion show for the year by West African Fabric Fashion Project Wadadli 2011.

Prior to the fashion show, be sure to visit the Heroes Day National Food Fair and "Buy Local" event starting at 10am through to 10pm.  It's a day for the entire family.
