Insane Wellness breakfast includes: wheat bread, boiled eggs, beans, local fruit, spinach, chicken breast, tilapia, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and oats.

Individual pkgs are $100 per person for IBC and WMME members. The price is $125 for non-IBC and WMME members.
