The lovely folks at Al Porto are pleased to present the colourful canvasses of local artist Jan Farara.  Farara's work graces the walls of many hotels and restaurants around Antigua, she has held successful exhibitions, and she has created many works of art on commission. Her themes may be abstract with large swaths of dancing colours, or muted portraits of local folks, but they always reflect the beauty of her adopted home and of the greater Caribbean.

Farara has recently opened a studio/gallery in Buckleys and invites one and all into her space.  But if you can't make it, you should come down and see her vibrant watercolours at Al Porto's restaurant from 5-7PM on Thursday, July 29th and maybe grab a bite while you sit and enjoy live jazz courtesy of the Harbour Trio.
