JCI Antigua Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) 2011 presents the JCI/ECAB Essay Writing Competition under the theme “writing is a way of escaping silence” slated for the period 12^th June, 2011 to September 30^th 2011. The topic for this year’s competition is “Do you think condoms should be distributed in secondary schools?” The competition is divided into two age groups; ages 12 to 15 and 16 to 20.
