So last weekend the 5AM Hikers embarked on a 5-6 hr journey through the deep rainforest of Dominica. This weekend we are back in our homeland and will be heading for a new trail. We will be hiking from the Old Island Academy School out in Piccadilly to the top of Shirley’s Heights Lookout and back. This Saturday we will be promoting 30 mins of exercise here in Antigua so t-shirts will be provided for this weeks hike to commemorate this occasion. So please come on out and lets blaze this new trail.

For directions if you are coming from the north and Falmouth area, make the left in Cobb's Cross that leads towards St. James's Club. You will make a right this sign that says Island Academy. Someone will be out at the corner to help direct you to the start point.
