DJ ALAN RUSSELL

Alan Russell has been a DJ for over 20 years. He has played in some of the best clubs in the world alongside some of the biggest names in dance music. He has DJ’ed all over Europe and the US as well as in his native city of London and throughout the UK . He also promoted his own club night ‘Soul Movement’, that ran for 4 years in London’s Chinatown. Alan also owns and runs Black Vinyl Records, a respected underground House Music label with over 75 single releases and 5 albums released to date. All Black Vinyl releases can be found at iTunes, Juno, Traxsource, Beatport, Stompy and most good download sites. He has also produced and remixed under a variety of names including Splice Of Life, Ghettoblaster, AK47, Futuresoul and Militant Soul Productions. Currently residing on the Caribbean island of Antigua, Alan is resident DJ at Abracadabra Nightclub and he also plays regular guest spots all over the island as well as being involved in various music-related ventures and still running Black Vinyl.
