What to do?! What to do...
Last week, I was amazed to actually hear someone say to me, "man, I be bored on the weekends". This kind of talk is — well... to me its crazy talk. So I proceeded to rhyme off all the things I knew were happening this upcoming weekend. Then I was reminded of that old saying "a picture is worth a thousand words"...
But what about a collage of many pictures? Every one of the above thumbnails represents something going on this very weekend. And the collage isn't even all the info we've collected. Many of these are on our calendar. Others are ongoing activities found within our articles pages. Still others represent action found within our directory of businesses and organizations.
Live music is happening at Free Spirits Pub, Bumpkins, Mad Mongoose, The Coast, Sugar Club and Shirley Heights. Its a weekend of discotheques at Foredeck, Abra's, The Beach, The Coast, Groove Bar, Sugar Club, Carmichael's and special nights for ladies. You can even find a joint into karaoke if that's your thing. There're bicycle races, volleyball tournaments, sailboat races, hikes and sailing just for fun. Catch a movie or take in one of a couple art exhibitions to satisfy the soui.
But don't ever be bored. Life is just too short.
